Richard Neutra was a modernist architect who, after moving to the United States in 1923, worked briefly for Frank Lloyd Wright before settling in Southern California. Primarily an architect, Neutra also used wood and steel tubing to design furniture. Most known among his furniture designs is the boomerang chair.
