Conoid Bench

Designed By

George Nakashima, an American woodworker and architect, designed the Conoid Bench in the 1970s. Nakashima was inspired by the beauty and form of nature and trees. The Conoid Bench has a seat with a live edge, which highlights its natural shape and pattern. The backrest and legs add a modern and polished feel to the piece as a whole.

Our spaces are reflections of who we have been, who we are, and who we are becoming. We believe that the objects we surround ourselves with have meaningful impact on the lives we lead, and it is our mission to empower people to find and experiment with objects that move them, resourcefully, sustainably, and freely.
