Fiesta Tableware

Designed By

Frederick Hurten Rhead, a British ceramicist working in the United States, designed the Fiesta Tableware line for The Homer Laughlin China Company in 1936. The line consists of thirty-seven different objects, including pitchers, cups, candle holders, and plates. These objects were manufactured in a wide range of vibrant colors and featured the same concentric circle patterns. The Fiesta line was one of the first lines of tableware where consumers could purchase items by piece, and this gave them the ability to mix and match colors.
